Bob Rogers

Bob Rogers, PhD, who served as a 2024-2025 Voice of Innovation, is a pioneering AI researcher, author, and technology leader serving as CPTO and Co-Founder of Oii.ai. A recognized expert in artificial intelligence and digital twin technology, he has co-authored four influential books on advanced AI applications. Prior to Oii.ai, Rogers was Expert in Residence for AI at UCSF and Chief Data Scientist for Analytics and AI at Intel, where he led enterprise-scale AI initiatives. He also co-founded Apixio, a groundbreaking healthcare AI company acquired by Centene in 2020.
