Tony Pialis

Tony Pialis is a technology executive, entrepreneur, and business builder with more than two decades of experience in the semiconductor industry. As Executive Vice President and General Manager of Datacenter and AI at Qualcomm, he leads the development and scaling of advanced compute and connectivity platforms built to power the next generation of AI infrastructure and cloud-scale computing.

Before Qualcomm, Pialis founded Alphawave Semi in 2017 and served as its CEO, growing the company from a startup into a global semiconductor leader. Alphawave developed high-speed connectivity solutions used by tier-one customers across AI, hyperscale data centers, 5G networks, and autonomous technologies.

Throughout his career, Pialis has focused on building innovative companies, leading large-scale business transformations, and delivering the semiconductor technologies that underpin the world's digital infrastructure.
