Priya Sawant is a technology leader building the engineering foundations that power AI products at scale. At ASAPP, she leads the development of conversational AI for voice and chat. She has driven the full journey from bootstrapping voice infrastructure from scratch, scaling a multi-tenant chat platform, moving margins through FinOps, observability, and true multi-tenant SaaS architecture.

Before ASAPP, Priya built mission critical risk and trading technology - high-stakes, low-latency systems where reliability and precision weren't optional.

Beyond the technical, Priya cares deeply about hiring and growing diverse, distributed teams across multiple locations, has championed Women in Tech initiatives, and built cultures where engineers have real career trajectories.
