Career Highlights:

-Independent Director and Nom/Gov Chair at Synaptics

-Independent Director at Napatech.

-Led multiple CPU and networking chip designs that paved the way for the cloud revolution and established Intel’s leadership in silicon share.

-As General Manager, grew Intel's Ethernet business to >$1B revenue.

-Led multiple large international teams of >2500 to design & deliver innovative and market leading products from the datacenter to the edge while fostering a culture of performance & inclusivity.

-Student, mentor and volunteer – served on the board for a local robotics team and our local Makerspace. I’m passionate about helping the next generation of leaders and innovators.
