He has held executive leadership positions at Intel Corporation and RadiSys Corporation, among others, where he has driven significant revenue growth and market expansion. As the owner of Despain Investment Group, he oversees property and business investments, while also serving as a fractional CxO at Columbia River Motorsports. Keate holds an MBA from Arizona State University and is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
