He was first introduced to TechArena founder Allyson Klein while studying Music Production and completing a Business Administration minor at Portland State University. After joining the company as a part-time podcast editor, Francisco transitioned into a full-time role following graduation, expanding his responsibilities across multimedia and digital content production.

Based in Eugene, Francisco remains active in the broader creative community where he produces and performs in a variety of musical projects, including a hip-hop album, an alternative rock band, and other client work as a producer and recording engineer.
