At Microsoft, she held senior leadership roles at the intersection of technology, revenue, and ecosystem strategy. As Vice President and General Manager of Device Partner Solutions, she led a $4 billion P&L, transforming Microsoft’s global device partner ecosystem spanning device, edge, and cloud. As Vice President of the IoT Partner Ecosystem, she expanded partner-led revenue and strengthened Microsoft’s position in connected markets. Most recently, as Chief Technology Officer for Global Partner Solutions, she helped guide one of the world’s largest partner organizations toward AI-first selling.
Earlier in her career, she held executive roles at Intel, including Vice President in the programmable solutions business and Chief of Staff to the CEO
Lakecia serves on the board of directors of IDEX Corporation, She is also a board advisor to Responsive.io, a private equity-backed startup pioneering Strategic Response Management (SRM) software, and serves on the University of South Florida College of Engineering Advisory Board and the Georgia Tech Advisory Board. She is the host of the ROAR with Lakecia Gunter podcast. At TechArena Advisory, she works with companies to accelerate growth, expand into new markets, and execute critical business pivots.
