The gap between strategy and execution often comes down to people. Dana Bos has spent her career helping organizations close that gap by building leadership practices and cultural foundations that support long-term growth.

Since founding Bos Solutions in 2016, she has worked with organizations across technology, healthcare, conservation, and real estate to align talent, culture, and organizational design with business ambition. Her clients have included Emerson Automation Solutions, Vertex Pharmaceuticals, Defenders of Wildlife, Cape Cod Healthcare, and the International Refugee Committee. She is known for designing executive offsites, leadership retreats, and change programs that create practical, lasting impact.

In 2023, she co-launched Maestro Mindset with former Intel Corporate Vice President Rose Schooler, a podcast focused on management, culture-building, and the idea that high standards and human decency belong in the same workplace.

Dana holds a BA in English from Colgate University and an M.Ed. from Arizona State University, along with advanced certifications in narrative coaching and strategic HR leadership. At TechArena Advisory, she helps leadership teams stay aligned through growth, change, and market expansion.
