My primary focus is helping scale solutions to climate change however I can. I believe the combination of life cycle sustainability science, information technology, climate-positive finance, corporate responsibility, and citizen engagement has tremendous potential to reengineer our global economy for sustainability. I work to bridge knowledge gaps across disciplines, align decisions with the best available science, and put information and incentives in the right places to drive systemic change. I've worked for more than 20 years implementing sustainability solutions in policies and supply chains in over two dozen countries throughout Africa, Asia, Europe and the Americas. I got started with MS and BS degrees in Earth Systems from Stanford, along with a minor in International Relations focused on development economics, then completed post-graduate work in Artificial Intelligence at Oxford. But most of my learning has come from doing and teaching, and I continue to learn wherever I can.
